Outlook 365 Can't Add Comcast.net Account

My Comcast account stopped working on both my desktop Outlook and Android Outlook app. Tried everything and eventually deleted the accounts to add them back in. Have been unable to add them to either Outlook (Comcast account is working on the web, my password is correct, third party access is checked, have used all of the Xfinity guidance (IMAP ports 993 and/or 995 and SMTP ports 465 and/or 587 in all possible combinations). Receive either timeout message telling me to check IMAP settings or "None of the authentication methods supported by Outlook are supported by your server. For more information contact your email administrator." I spoke by phone with a support tech who said he created a case and that I would hear from the "email specialist" team within 24 hours. That was 72 hours ago. (I've continued to try over this time just in case something fixes itself. No luck.) PLEASE HELP!

Also - my other accounts in Outlook are working.
