Outlook 2021

Old Win10 & outlook 2010 works ok with imap.comcast.net port-993 SSL, and smtp.comcast.net port-587 TLS.  But cannot find a setup that works won’t a new computer Win11 & Outlook 2021.

If your Comcast email isn't working in Outlook 2021 on Windows 11, the issue could be due to incorrect account settings, outdated password, server problems, or potential security settings on your Comcast account; check your email address, password, and verify that the IMAP server settings (like imap.comcast.net) are correctly entered in Outlook; also, try restarting your computer and checking for any recent changes to your Comcast account settings

I am having same issue. I’ve checked multiple forums and still nothing works. I can access comcast email fine on ios, but not with outlook 365. What changed!?

If the browser you're using is not working even if you've tried clearing your caches and cookies we recommend using a different browser
