outlook 2019 access help

I had to change my comcast account password. email access works mine on my phone and ipad, etc.  when i went to update Outlook 2019 i get an error that it cant save my settings.  I called in and they opened a troubel ticket and says my issue is with outlook.  why would it work fine before the password change and not after.  please help?
