Outgoing email via wifi

Recently we have been having problems on all our devices when trying to send emails from a different location than our home. I have changed the outgoing server settings to Security Type TLS and Port 587. The messages go into a queu and never get sent until I am on cellular service or when I get home. What else can we do to get this to work? It is very frustrating. Thanks.

No, it just says that some emails have not been sent out and to check my outbox to see what went wrong. When I go to the outbox and open the email there is no message, it just shows as queued.

Hi there, @sweetpv Thank you for your reply back. To ensure "Access Security" is enabled for Xfinity email, log in to your Xfinity email account via the web, navigate to the settings, and then to the Security section where you can enable the Third Party Access Security. This setting allows third-party email clients like Outlook or Apple Mail to access your Xfinity email.-Richard
