Outgoing email stopped working

My outgoing email stopped working on all my devices. In addition, I cannot send any emails from the Comcast email website. The website error message refers to a policy violation. Everything was working this morning and then stopped an hour later.

Does that email show any contact details for you to follow up on? What does the violation say?
