Optional question

Is there an optional question to ask if I really want to delete when I'm in webmail?  If not can you add it?

When I'm in my inbox and see an email I don't need to keep and I'm on my laptop, I hit CTL+delete and that way it permanently deletes it so that it doesn't even go to my trash folder.  This saves me from having to then delete it from trash as well.  But on occasion I click on the wrong email and have accidentally deleted the wrong one.  In Microsoft Outlook and other apps, there was an option to check asking if I really want to delete it and it showed the email.  I like that option.  But I am no longer using Outlook.

In the webmail interface, if you delete an email from the Trash folder it will ask if you want to permanently delete it.  But not from the Inbox or other folder into the Trash.
