Older comcast.net email suddenly giving a password error this am
I have an older email address of [Edited: "Personal Information"] that is now throwing a password error as of a few hours ago. The password was not ever changed. It's an older email address I check along with newer ones (as I'd moved away from an area that had comcast access for 3 years and then moved back, maintaining the old address as it is attached to other accounts and bills and such). My newer comcast address, [Edited: "Personal Information"] is still working fine.
I'm trying to figure out if something has happened to the older account (as I've read about the Yahoo mail changes and had not received an invite) or if its been compromised or if there's just something with the mail server its sitting on that is having issues.
Your system loops when I attempt to go in to access or change the password in a browser and the app also does the same thing with this older email, just redirecting to my new account, which is not what I'm after.
Please assist. Your XFinity Assistant AI also loops with this issue and will not let me get to an agent.
