Old emails all just disappeared today 7/27
All of my old emails disappeared today from my inbox.
I have checked the xfinity online account and I do not see them there either.
They are not in my delete folder either.
I have checked every folder that I have visibility to.
What is interesting is that all my sent emails are still there.
All that is missing is all of my inbox emails.
How do I fix this? I need them back.

Hello @lightning67, thanks for coming to our forum for help with your missing inbox emails. Yikes, that sounds like a nightmare to me, so I get why you need help on this. I'd love a chance to work with you and try to get these emails back. In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right?
