Old customer and private email

We used to be customers of Xfinity when we were in Salt Lake about 6 years ago.  We moved to an area that Xfinity doesn't support.  I was able to keep my two private email addesses '____@comcast.net' for a few years.  Recently I haven't been able to log in with my '_____@comcast.net' email and password.  Has XFinity discontinued the extended free support?
