Oauth.xfinity.com

I am unable to access my xfinity accounts or emails.  Every time I try to sign in to my accounts I get a message this site can't be reached.  Oauth.xfinity.com took too long to respond. I can only access through my cell phone network not my home wifi.

Try rebooting your modem. Sometimes local maintenance or other change can cause some security info about your device to get mixed up and cause the Comcast authorization to fail.

Hello there @user_e87a83 that does sound frustrating to not be able to access your email from your home wifi! Thank you for your post so we have the chance to help! Let me ask a few questions to see if I can help get you back in on your wifi! Is it all Xfinity sites you are having issues with when you are using your home internet connection? Have you made any recent changes to your modem/gateway?

I've rebooted more than once with no change,  we seem to have problems with the wifi in general.  It's been going out and reconnecting over a dozen times per day which was not normal
