Nothing I Do Stops Crazy Spam Emails in My Inbox!

In the last month I have started getting crazy (sometimes obscene titled as well) spam emails.  For months this didn't happen other than one or two every few days that I could quickly delete.  I have done all the things Comcast recommends for stopping spam emails yet nothing has helped.  Even deleting them as "Spam" doesn't stop them from reappearing.  Is there anything I can do to stop these?  (I am no longer a Comcast customer but use this email as my husband has health problems and we don't want to miss changing an email address for his doctors. We were customers for over twenty-five years until the service got terrible and the price kept going up.)  Thank you for any help if there is any!

The amount of disgusting spam has been filling my inbox for about 3 weeks now.  I send them to spam but that doesn't help either.

Where do we get the answers for this.  I see all sorts of requests but no answers to solve the problem

This is really frustrating me.  I can not get any answers on how to stop these spam emails.  If this continues I might be forced to cancel my xfinity service

@XfinityMartyR instead of telling us'all to do what most of us have had in place for months/years, maybe you could explain why reporting spam/phishing emails to missed-spam and abuse addresses have done absolutely nothing to reduce or eliminate the phishing spams we've been receiving. In the last two months, I've personally reported over 2600 phishing emails to the two addresses. Again, absolutely no effect.
