Not receiving zoom e-mails confirming meeting registrations

I am not getting meeting registration confirmations from Zoom - consistently for the last few months.  They come to my gmail account reliably but never to any of my Comcast addresses.  I hav e also seen this before with password resets with my health insurance provider. In each case, I've had the provider trouble shoot their end but the problem is clearly Comcast. Help - this is problematic as these are not SPAM in any way. Thank you

While I appreciate any reply and attempt to help, this was totally non-responsive to my specific issue which has nothing to do with a) emails updates regarding my account from Xfinity (which I do get ) or b) anything specific to mobile.

To reiterate - Comcast is apparently blocking Zoom meeting confirmations (that come directly from Zoom) to my Comcast.net e-mail addresses. This has been going on for some time.   When I register for Zoom meetings using my backup gmail address - I immediately get the meeting confirmation to that gmail e-mail address. Never to my Comcast e-mails - whether I check on mobile, computer mail client, Xfinity web portal or iPad.   Perhaps I need to take this up directly with e-mail support? (They are not in my SPAM folders either).   Any ideas?

Thanks for letting me know. Have you tried using this feature?

The Email Safe List, found under Settings > Advanced Settings in Xfinity Email, lets you list only the email addresses from which you want to receive emails.

Note: If you use this feature, you will only receive messages from the addresses you specify. Messages from other addresses not included on the list will be rejected.
