Not receiving Walmart emails

For a few weeks now, I have not been getting my walmart notification emails. This worries me that maybe I'm not getting others either. Certain emails come through, but needed emails from Walmart are no longer coming through. I've already checked the app settings for Walmart. They've had to send me screen shots of emails they have sent me because they are not getting through to me. And yes, I've checked my spam folder and nothings there.

Having same problem since a couple of days ago. Haven't noticed the problem with any other online vendor. Walmart customer service has resent multiple times with no luck. Walmart customer service recommended contacting xfinity. Unfortunately, I can't get a hold of a human there to help. Any resolution on your end?

Hi there, @user_nucv1a! Thanks for reaching out here on the community forums! I can confirm that we are not having any issues with emails from Walmart coming through. Checking your spam folder online at : connect.xfinity.com would be the first thing to check. Are you still having an issue at this time?
