Not receiving verification emails

I am not receiving login verification emails from apps/websites.  First one was the Wish app, then a bank site, now the Meijer (grocery store) app. Please let me know how to fix this.  They are not in Spam, they just never arrive at all.

I use connect.xfinity.com.  It happens on both desktop and my android phone.

To start a Direct Message: Click "Sign in" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message.
