Not Receiving Verification Emails to Log In

I am trying to log into a website jw.org and it requires email verification.  However, I am not receiving the email verification in my inbox so that I can verify and log in. However, the host website says that the verification email has been sent.  I've also had someone from their technical department and they do not see any error messages or bounced back emails.  I have deleted all mail filter rules, so this is not the issue.  I've also checked my spam folder and the email verifications are not going there either.  I am not receiving them at all.  Help!

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

I no longer work for Comcast.
