Not receiving some emails

Starting about 11/1 or 11/2, I am no longer receiving emails from some specific sites, like Target and Chewy for example. I still receive other emails fine. I've checked my filters and spam setting - I have no filters set and my Spam setting has always been off. Emails from about a dozen or so sites just aren't  being received. They are not in my Spam or Junk folders or in Deleted. I haven't unsubscribed from those sites. Any suggestions?
