Me too... Comcast sends a bounce message to the mail sender but they don't send any notice to you so that is why you are in the dark. I think many Comcast customers beside myself suffer this problem of Comcast blocking legitimate e-mails but they have no way of knowing why or when it happens.
If anyone knows of an e-mail service that doesn't do this blocking of legitimate e-mails, I'd appreciate knowing about it. Outlook.com does the same thing, not as often as Comcast. For example, is gmail any better?
feel free to PM me some of the domains you think you are having issues with and ill see what i can dig up
my comcast.net account had been blocking my work email, I contacted comcast support and they shared instructions to add the account to the safe senders list, and then remove it, which worked. I had not added my work email address to the spam or blocked filter and wanted to try to escalate to the csa team to try to prevent our domain from being arbitrarily blocked,. my comcast email address is and the corporate email that was blocked is I am curious what caused the blocking, and if we have to have our thousands of clients do the same process as we have been experiencing reports of mail not being delivered, and we had not been added to those client's spam filters either, Thank you,
@aherrmann22 please dont include sensitive identifiable information in your posts. Feel free to PM me further about this issue, but initial review shows that comcast.net users have reported the domain as spam due to the content they have sent to our users. Do you know if the domain is on a dedicated hosted server or on a public hosted server (ex: GoDaddy, HostGator, etc.).
