Not receiving some emails from e-Rewards
I haven't received some emails from e-Rewards after December 1, 2020. Nothing in my inbox or spam folder.
An email from e-Rewards customer service, firstname.lastname@example.org, was received. e-Rewards deactivated my account as they received a "hard bounce" to emails sent from email@example.com. They asked me to check my email filters. I don't have any email filters, so the emails are apparently being blocked by Comcast.
Can anyone help with this?
