Not receiving emails
Hello, yesteday my email got hacked. I reset the password and made sure that there wasnt an added email or profile added to my account. Now I can not receive emails. I havd checked my spam and trash folders nothing there. I can send emails but cannot received any on the xfinity web site, my computer or my phone. Please help.

If an employee doesn't reply to your message here, Comcast Security Assurance should be able to help. You can reach them at 1-888-565-4329 (from https://spa.xfinity.com/contact-us). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.
The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful, so you may need to be persistent and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
