Not receiving emails
Got message
cannot get email
the mail server “imap.comcadt.net” is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account information in mail settings
server code “ALERT,” server message “Temporarily black listed IP address,” try again later. Last email I got was from Wednesday January 8. Please advise what I can do to receive my emails.

Sorry for this inconvenience with your blocked email address. Can you check the link in this support article https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/determine-blocked-ip-address to determine if you can remove the block?
