Not receiving emails
I have not received emails since 9:48am. I am able to send emails to others and they receive the email but I am not receiving any emails. I checked the spam folder and my emails are not there. I have placed an order this morning and tried a password reset for another website. I am logged into the xfinity email website to send/receive emails.

Same here since roughly 10am. In NJ. Multiple reports in this forum of same thing but no Comcast acknowledgment.

after 40 minutes on the phone with comcast they actually acknowledged that there is a problem and they are "working on it"

Same here (Connecticut) -- can send but not receive emails, since around 11:00 this morning. The first agent I talked to at Comcast didn't know anything and didn't help. She finally escalated to another agent who said she had a lot of complaints today and she knows there's an outage. No estimated time of fixing though. Five minutes later some emails arrived in my Inbox but I'm still not getting all of them -- I sent a few to myself from a gmail account and also from my Comcast account but they didn't go through.

Same problem here. Since the morning of 3/17 I have not received any incoming emails. The Inbox list of emails is completely empty and an error message is displayed that says "Error: Failed to load messages."
When I try to reload the inbox, I receive an error message saying "Error An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request.."
This has been happening for over 24 hours.

Update: at 11:04 AM on March 18 by inbox is now refilling and I am able to receive emails. So, Comcast must have done something to fix their server issue.

I am also not receiving emails. I know my issue is later than others but what can I do to resolve this. I have tried live chatting and have been unable to connect with an agent. Very frustrating.

SAME HERE. I CAN SEND EMAILS BUT NOT RECEIVE ANY TYPE OF EMAIL. NOT SIMPLE EMAILS, NONE WITH ATTATCHMENTS OR REGULAR FORWARDED ONES. IM NOT UNDERSTANDING.
