Not receiving emails

I am not receiving emails from a certain person.  Just spent a hour on the phone with customer service but they couldn't help and ended up transferred me and being put on hold.  Had to hang up.  Would appreciate any help in clearing the way to receive my friends emails.

Did you check to see if they are going to your Spam folder?  If its not that, call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue for the sender's domain-----------------
