Not receiving emails to my comcast Inbox
I am not receiving banking alert emails sent to my comcast emails address. I am receiving them in my other email domains. They are not in my spam and i have received emails from the company in the past from other email addresses.

@user_3caece Have you checked other folders such as the trash? They could be popping into there if something is getting flagged in the email. We would recommend checking your filters and setting one up for that specific sender if you do not have one set yet. How are you attempting to access your emails, through the connect portal or with a 3rd party app?
