Not Receiving Emails to Comcast email. Can send them

Hi,

 

I've seen several posts about helping customers who weren't receiving emails, but they all seemed like they needed personal help. My comcast.net email is not receiving emails to the inbox (not through the browser, outlook, any applications) I sent an email to my granddaughter who received it but replied to it and i don't receive the replies.  

 

My granddaughter is assisting me and she checked the server settings in outlook, they are fine, but even on the web browser, the emails won't go through. 

I noticed that @ComcastCSAEmail was helpful for this issue. 

 

I appreciate any assistance anyone can provide!

Has there been any resolution on this as I am having the same issue.  I even use the comcast site to log in and still am unable to receive emails to the Comcast email but can send them out.  My email address is unallocated. I can only send out emails not receive in. @ComcastCSAEmail

Spam filter was enabled when I checked.  I overrode it and tried again.  I still received the same error of the account being "unallocated"

Hi @user_0714bc, I am sorry to hear about your troubles receiving email. I can understand the headache that would cause. You have certainly reached the right team to get to the bottom of this. It sounds like you have tried the basic troubleshooting steps. I appreciate the effort you have put into getting this resolved so far.
