Not receiving emails from specific address
I have turned off my spam filter and added a filter to accept emails from <Edited> a messaging system from our school district and I still cannot recieve emails. I also turned off all filters and still no luck. I'm not sure what else to do. I work for the district and if I'm not getting them then others aren't receiving them either.

If Comcast is blocking the sender there's nothing you can do without their help except to open an account with Gmail, MSN, or one of the other free email providers and give that address to the school.
If @ComcastCSAEmail or another employee doesn't reply to your message here, Comcast Security Assurance should be able to help. You can reach them at 1-888-565-4329 (from https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse/). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.
The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful, so you may need to be persistent and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.

Thanks for your reply. It's just a hassle that I can't receive emails from the messaging system from our school district -- even after I added the address to my contacts, and preferences to specifically accept mail from this address. I turned off spam filtering and instantly started receiving spam -- but still can't receive mail from an address I specifically requested mail from? That seems like comcast needs to fix it, not me. If I can't receive them then I'm sure other families aren't receving emails either. And if I have to get another email account to receive emails I marked as not spam, added to addresses, marked 'safe' -- then why use comcast at all? Seems like comcast needs to fix it, not the users.

Are you a comcast employee? If comcast can't unblock noreply_ic@dcsdk12.org from my account and I have to create a gmail or yahoo account that's insane! Since I also work for the district I'll just have to tell parents who are in the same boat as me to get a gmail account to be able to receive updates and messages from the school?!?!? That doesn't make any sense.

Why would xfinity not fix this problem? Xfinity's solution is to use different provider? well that stinks. It seriously doesn't make any sense😡

None of those actions will help if Comcast is in fact blocking the sender.
Why indeed? I don't use them for my primary email, only for things Comcast related. And if I was allowed to say it, I'd recommend that all of their customers do likewise.
