not receiving emails from one company

Hi,

I used to receive emails from Pendleton, and then they stopped arriving in January, 2020.  I have resubscribed to their email list several times, but am still not receiving any emails.  I have checked my spam and trash folders, and the emails are not in those folders.

I know the importance of receiving the emails you're subscribed to, so I do understand your concerns about this. To confirm, you have not noticed this issue occurring with any other emails you send or receive except for with the one company?

Hi, Amira,

Thank you for your response.  Yes, I have only noticed not receiving emails from one company and I have subscribed to their emails.  I used to receive them, and then they stopped arriving.  I have checked my spam folder, and the emails are not there.  Thank you!

Thank you for that information, @user_5e743d! In this case, you would want to reach out to our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) team to see if that particular email domain has ended up blacklisted. If it was, they should be able to add to the approved list and see if we can get them to come through again. If it is not blacklisted, let us know and we can investigate further. The CSA team can be reached at 1-888-565-4329 6:00 AM - 2:00 AM ET/Seven days a week
