Not receiving emails from Amazon

Hi there.  My Amazon account was hacked.  I am not able to receive the reset code emails from them despite several tries.  Hoping you can help.

Did you check the Spam folder to see if they went there?  If it's not that call Comcast security to see if there is a blocking issue.  Amazon seems to be a regular problem child with Comcast-------------------
