Not receiving emails for 2 days

Please help.  I am not receiving any emails anymore.  I sent myself 3 test ones from my work email and have received nothing for 2 days.   I cleared some emails so it isn't as full.

Have you tried sending from some other, non-work, account you might have like Yahoo or Gmail, to the Comcast account?  Does it work then?

In webmail, check to see that email isn't being forwarded somewhere else.
