Not receiving email

 We receive emails with our voicemail translation.  Suddenly on Tuesday they stopped coming through.  I tried another comcast email account and they are not coming there either.  They are, however, going to my bosses gmail account.  Why are these not being delivered to my comcast accounts?  I spoke to our voice carrier and they said everything was good on their end.
