Not receiving email to one address.

Haven't received any emails for several days to one of the addresses on my account. Received a notice of "Delivery to the following recipients failed permanently" just today.

@TomC_7603 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. Just to clarify, the notice you received, was that from another email account making a test email? Or was that from trying to send an email from the account that isn't receiving mail?
