not receiving email to my comcast.net email account

I can no longer receive emails sent to my comcast.net email address.

My inbox has a few emails dated a few years ago.

I am able to send emails fine. 

I need help to receive emails sent to this account.

Are you a current Comcast customer?

Have you been using another device to download your emails?

Have you checked to see if the account has been forwarded to another email address?

I am a current customer and use several devices to view and download email including the xfinity connect browser for mail.

Auto-forwarding is not enabled,

Does not answer my post asking for help in receiving emails to comcast.net addresses. However, I did find a way to receive and view emails. The solution was to turn off "Use Safelist.
