Not receiving email from certain senders, not in spam!

For a couple years I have not been able to receive emails from a handful senders. They are NOT in spam or junk, trash or anywhere! I have spent MANY hours with Xfinity on the phone & chat with NO HELP! I even put these senders in contacts! I am at the point I may have to use my  gmail email address. It seems to start when I need to retrieve a password via email and I get blocked or something! I have also spent hours with these companies trying to fix the problem and they say it is my comcast email! How can I fix the problem?

Same issue, time to get rid of Xfinity. Their internal filtering is too aggressive and blocks emails before reaching you. I have nothing in my spam filter, and my daily emails have been reduced significantly. They blocked my daily UPS delivery notifications, daily news emails from sites that I signed up to receive etc...  blocked NextDoor emails so that I cannot recover my password... on and on and on.

There is no human that can help, just lip service and empty promises.

@user_2b1574 Yes I totally agree with this!  I wish I would have known about their internal filtering sooner! I added a couple more gmail accounts so this won't happen again. My bank was blocked, my shipping company, probably Etsy and many others!!!!

Hello @heather0kay. We appreciate you for sharing your experience, and the steps you've taken/checked on your end. If you are still unable to receive emails from the affected addresses, I would be happy to complete some troubleshooting on my end, and create a ticket for our advanced techs to assist me further if needed. I'll need to gather your account information to get started. Please send a direct message with your name and service address to "Xfinity Support" by clicking on the "Direct Messaging" chat icon in the top right corner of the page, then click on the pen and pad icon and enter "Xfinity Support" in the "To" section of the chat.

@heather0kay, you'd send the message to "Xfinity Support" to reach our team, instead of searching for my name.

I'm sorry for the experience you're having @heather0kay. As mentioned in the direct message, the CSA Team is the one who can assist you further. If you're not able to get a hold of them over the phone, I can try opening a new ticket, requesting an update. I'll reply to you in our direct message to gather a few more details needed for this ticket.

I no longer work for Comcast.

Got through to security, I guess gmail is the way to go if I want to get ALL  of my email because comcast blocks everything! I wish I would have known this when I set up my business!
