Not getting emails

Hi. I am not getting a bunch of emails I should be getting. They are generally from businesses who send regular emails, so I can tell from the pattern or just the general absence of the emails.

Hello @user_pjr4 I’m sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your emails. You're with the right team for a resolution. First let's have your log-out and back in.

When was the last time you received an email?

How are you checking your emails? Are you using outlook etc?

It is my comcast.net email address, using the online interface. I receive emails daily, but know that I am not getting everything I should. Could it be a server setting on your end? I can't find anything in my account that would be blocking emails, especially random ones.

Thank you for the details, @user_pjr4. There should not be anything on our end blocking your emails. Are you able to send emails normally? By chance, have you tried accessing your emails using xfinity.com on another device?

If these are certain types of businesses or advertisements where you subscribe to them,  you may need to go & subscribe again to make sure you're getting those types  advertisements for business.

Do you know what specific emails that are being sent to you for sure that you're not getting?

Have you also checked your email settings https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/spam-filters-and-email-blocking-new-experience and your spam filters?

Thanks for the suggestions. I did check my settings/filters and have nothing set to block anything. Several months ago I signed up for a weekly enewsletter from a local media company. I got the enewsletter a few times and then didn't for a few months. Now I'm getting it again. So, extending that to other things I get intermittently, I don't think it is a subscription problem. Just seems like some emails being regularly set don't make it through to my inbox.
