Are you using an email app on the phone?  Which one?  Try using only the webmail interface and your browser.  Does that work OK?

Mailbox storage limit maybe too.  They say that's 10GB.  Doesn't hurt to check:

Thanks for replying.  I am a not very tech savvy  senior so I'm not sure I understand what you are asking.

A few days ago I noticed that I was not getting any emails at [Edited: "Personal Information"], my main email address.  My email shows it is updating, but no emails show up.  This is new. I can send emails but not receive at this address on all devices. I access my email on my laptop by clicking on a Comcast email app.  I access my email on my iphone and ipad by clicking on the email icon, then "my comcast" which opens my emails.  I have also typed in www.comcast.com to get to my emails.  Same result; no emails.  I have my husband's comcast email account on my phone also and an almost never used gmail account.  Both my husband's comcast account and my gmail account are receiving emails without a problem.  I tested all the email addresses.  I can't imagine that I have exceeded my email storage (which I didn't know existed) as I tend to delete most emails.  In any event, I don't know where to find and check this.

I have turned devices on and off and emptied cache.  I have spent over an two hours researching the problem.   Seem to be many people in the past with this problem and dozenss of  suggestions for a fix  Most people say it didn't work though some fixes seem to work.  Unfortunately, I don't understand them.

This happened once before for my email (maybe a year or two ago) and after hours and hours of research I found a solution that worked.  Well, I can't even remotely remember what the solution was.  Nor can I find i again.  I am  certain that it did not include deleting any account and it must have been fairly simple--some step by step instructions that I could follow.  I am so frustrated as I am sure I have missed and am missing many emails.  They are my lifeline.  I'll be happy to provide any more information you need if I can.. Thank you.

@user_ra2000 To check the email usage, can you open up a web browser (firefox, edge, chrome...doesn't matter) and go to https://xfinity.com ?  Click the mail envelope icon, and that will launch the web browser email.  Use the email address and password of the email account you want to look at for a login.

Then, there's a round gear looking thing in the top right corner.  If you click on that, you'll get a drop down menu, and on the bottom, it will show you how much space you are using as a percentage.  If it's 100%, that's not good.  It's full.

You have to delete some stuff.  Then, Empty the Trash Can by right clicking on that icon too on the left side after you delete stuff.  Email does fill up over time.

If it shows something less than 99-100%, then that is not the problem.

Thank you.  I followed your instructions and found that I have only used 6% of my space.  Like the old lady with low mileage who only used the car to go to church.  Still not getting emails.

That's too bad since that's the easy fix.  Let's try something else.

Have your husband send you an email from his account.  Then, try to see if it gets to your email with the web browser client.

That's just comcast to comcast.  Might take a while to get there.  10-15 minutes should be plenty.  It goes to a queue with other email, then gets delivered.  Make note of the time he pushed send.  If it doesn't make it, then at least the mail server guy has a log to look at with  a known time to make sorting the log easier.

Xfinity will have to tell you what happened to it if it did not make it.

Husband's emails weren't received either.  However, I think I found the fix and the culprit--me.  After a lot of clicking and following prompts, not sure what I was doing, I ended up on a page that showed I had set up my settings a few days ago to forward all of  my emails to a vendor whom I had tried to block!   Don't ask.   I warned you about my lack of tech skills.  Anyway,  I disabled the forwarding and, voila, new emails started coming in.   So the primary problem is solved and I thank you for your input.  However:

I had my husband, daughter, and three friends try to send me an email.  I received my husband's, daughters, and one friend's email.  One friend got the message "address not found."  Despite that, I got her email in a few minutes.  The other friend got the message, "can't send."  I never received her message.

Do I have a new problem receiving some emails and how do I solve this one?   Thank you.

@user_ra2000

If one of the senders is getting "can't send", the problem is at their end, not yours.  Looks like your account is now functioning properly.
