not getting emails

Within the last 2 weeks, I have not gotten all of my emails. I checked spam and 1 email goes there. Not getting other emails and do not even know all that I am missing.

Are you having these issues with your Comcast email address? When did you first notice you were not getting emails? Did you have emails that disappeared, or did everything just stop coming in?

Hello user_2b6483. You can access your Comcast email, view and listen to your voicemail, and manage all your calling features and settings in the Xfinity Connect web portal (connect.xfinity.com). Have you had success with that?

It started the last 2 weeks on my comcast email. Sometimes my wifes emails show up in spam, sometimes my in box. I usually get emails from casting companies as I am an actor and I havent been getting those either. I looked at spam filters with comcast and they escalated to level 2.

I am having the same issue.  Random e-mails are not being sent and random e-mails have not been received.  This has been happening for the past three weeks.  Originally I had the problem sending and I thought the issue was on a recipients's end but it started happening with multiple recipients.  And yesterday, a sender ent me two e-mails and I only got one.

I am having the same issue as well. I even keep getting letters it the mail from places telling me that their emails are being returned and to update my email address and it is correct when I check. This has been happening for about 6 weeks.

That would be frustrating o me if that was happening to my own emails. Have you checked your settings to make sure the email address is not blocked?
