On the laptop, do you have the account enabled in a client using POP3? If so, it may be downloading the messages and then deleting them from the server. If that is the case there is nothing for the phone to "see" when you check the email on it. Are you using the native Mail app that comes on the phone, or just Safari and the webmail UI?
I am not Tech savvy either. Have tried to get Apple support but they can't seem to help me. I have to go on comcast.com to check my e-mail on my iphone. My e-mails download on my computer but not on my iphone, It keeps giving me a message that Comcast is not available.
@user_d00698 What settings do you have on your iPhone? And what app are you using?
I am not a Comcast Employee. I am a Customer Expert volunteering my time to help other customers here in the Forums. We ask that you post publicly so people with similar questions may benefit from the conversation.
