Not getting emails from Home Depot
Hello,
I have placed a couple of orders with homedepot.com and have not received the confirmation or shipping emails (I checked out as a guest user). Also, I can't log into my HD account because they are asking for a verification code, which is sent to my @comcast account.
I've been going back and forth with Xfinity level 1 and Home Depot support. It seems like the people at level 1 support rely on automation to fix problems, and if It doesn't work, they either blame you or the other sender. Okay, I talked to the IT at Home Depot, and anything they sent to my email gets *Dropped*, and they can't do anything on their end. Tell me what I am missing.
What I use to check my emails
Outlook - IMAP/SMTP
Email app (Samsung) - I use this since Xfinity removed their email app. Which is a shocker
On both platforms, I checked spam and blocked emails in the settings, and nothing is blocking @homedepot
https://connect.xfinity.com - Everything is on Default Settings.
Please help!

Are they going to the Spam folder? Until you get this resolved, can you give HD some other email address you have like Gmail, Yahoo, Mail.com or something else?
