Not getting emails [Edit]

Not getting my emails.  Where are they and how do I see them again???

Hello, @user_su2f5n thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I know how important it is to have access to your email communications and want to ensure you're able to receive those. When you're accessing your email account, are you doing that online here: https://www.xfinity.com/email or through a 3rd party email client?

You can also check to see if anything was mistakenly sent to your junk/spam folder, as well as checking your filter settings to see if anything may be routing emails to a different spot other than your inbox: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/spam-filters-and-email-blocking-new-experience
