When you're accessing your email account, are you doing that online here: https://www.xfinity.com/email or through a 3rd party email client?

You can also check to see if anything was mistakenly sent to your junk/spam folder, as well as checking your filter settings to see if anything may be routing emails to a different spot other than your inbox: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/spam-filters-and-email-blocking-new-experience
