Not getting emails after spam incident
A week or so ago I accidentally moved a bunch of emails into the spam folder instead of trash. I immediately moved them back to the inbox, but there seemed to be no way to mark them as NOT spam. Now I’m not getting emails, yet nothing is appearing in the spam folder either. If all my email is being marked as spam, where are they and how can I unmark them? Please help!

When they were in the Spam folder you would have had the ability to flag them as not spam. But marking emails as spam only once usually won't have any effect of the junk filters. It normally takes a lot of markings and time for that to happen. Have you tried sending yourself a test email from some other account you have like Yahoo or Gmail etc? If so does it go through OK?

Thanks for your reply. Yes I can send email to it, and I get a few new emails a day, but none from any of the addresses that I put in the spam folder accidentally. I’m sure all those people didn’t stop emailing me at the same time, yet their emails are not appearing in my inbox nor are they showing up as spam or in the trash. It’s like they’re now all being hidden or completely erased from my account somehow.
