• Are you going to https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite get your email?
• Do you get any error messages?
• Have you transitioned to Yahoo! Mail?
•     If so you would log in at https://login.yahoo.com or https://mail.yahoo.com with your comcast.net credentials
• Have you checked your spam folder?
