Not getting certain emails

Why aren't i getting certain emails anymore? I've checked spam, trash, the apps and sites and their settings, and I'm still not getting certain emails.

Call Comcast security. See if there is a blocking issue for the sending domain in question

Are you having issues with the online Xfinity email portal or using a third-party program or application such as Outlook or a native application on a mobile device?

Did you get it fixed?   I'm having the same issue.  Chatted with Comcast - they were to escalate my case - but I doubt I ever hear back.

To send a direct message [private message]:

  •   Click "Sign In" if necessary
  •   Click the "Direct Message" icon 
  •   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it
