not getting any important email !

I am still not getting many emails that I should. It has been weeks. I get email into my inbox from only 2 people - no corporations. Today I got a spam faking comcast. What is going on?

When you access your email are you visiting our website at connect.xfinity.com? Or do you use an email client? If it's an email client the emails could be left on our server at connect.xfinity.com.
