not getting any important email !

I am still not getting many emails that I should. It has been weeks. I get email into my inbox from only 2 people - no corporations. Today I got a spam faking comcast. What is going on?

When you access your email are you visiting our website at connect.xfinity.com? Or do you use an email client? If it's an email client the emails could be left on our server at connect.xfinity.com.

Hello I use connect.xfinity, same as I have for 25 years. Today I got letter from financial firm stating that they can not reach me by email, when they have done so for years. Something is rejecting almost all emails sent to me. Again today I only got 1 personal email.

my email is still not working- over 6 weeks now. It must have been hit with malware. No one from you company has even looked into it. WHY ???? I get NO mail from important firms like utilities and banks and have been informed by one that my email address is "not valid". I have had it 25 years. What happened ? please look into it and fix it as this is a major problem.
