Hi czyxtd, we appreciate you dropping by the community forums! Sorry to hear that you're running into issues accessing your email. When you mention that you're not getting them on your phone, are you trying to access them through the Xfinity Email site, or through a third party app like Apple Mail or Outlook?

Sean;  I'm not sure. It's a widget that look like an envelope. I can access gmail Icloud and comcast.

Also, try typing your password with your phone, someplace you can see what you typed. You might be making a typo or have a 'stuck key' and you're not typing what you think you are.
