Not getting any email after updating password. Need immediate support.

I updated my Xfinity password and now not getting any new emails for 2 days.  This is direct on the Xfinity site, not on a 3rd party.  Using a Mac, accessing Xfinity directly from Google Chrome.  Please respond as I can't find any customer services on your site.  (the AI chat is a joke!)

Finally found customer service phone number (from another customer not from the site) 1-888-565-4329.  They found a hidden filter on that only accepted certain emails - even though I had already checked and deleted all filters from my end.  Hopefully the missing 2 days will come in now.
