Not being able to Compose and Save Email Messages in my Xfinity Account

Hello Sir,

    Since last night(11/2/24), I have not been able to compose, and send email messages from my Xfinity Email Account. Everytime I try to compose, send, and save messages, I get this message-"an error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request." My email address is [Edited: "Personal Information"] and I'm going to need a response to this message as soon as possible. Thank you so much.

Our team is the best at reviewing and resolving concerns as quickly as possible, so it would be my pleasure to take a look at this with you. Are you having this issue when accessing your Xfinity email on a web browser? If so, we always recommend the basic troubleshoot steps to get started (i.e. clearing cache and cookies, using a different browser, trying it with incognito mode, etc.) Which steps have you tried so far?

it is occurring on both Win11/Chrome and Ubuntu/Facebook and it's been there for at least a week -- I expected you to have fixed it by now
