Not all of my emails from my xfinity email are autoforwarding to my gmail.

Hello,

Have have enabled autoforwarding from my xfinity email to my gmail account. I get most of the emails but not all of them. How do I fix this issues?

To set up auto-forwarding in Xfinity Email, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to Xfinity Email with your Xfinity ID and password.
  2. Click the **Settings** icon in the upper-right corner and select **Email Settings**.
  3. In the left menu, choose **Auto Forward**.
  4. Check the box to **Enable email forwarding** and enter the email address for forwarding.
  5. Optionally, check the box to **Save a copy of forwarded mails**.


This allows you to automatically forward emails to another address while keeping a copy in your Xfinity account. Please let us know if this helps you.

How does this help the customer?  Most of their emails are being forwarded, but not all of them.  They need to know why?
