Can you give us more details?  Are you trying to log in to webmail? [https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite ] or are you using a third party app like Outlook or Thunderbird?

Getting any error messages?  If so, what are they?

Hello @Anon140754. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum! I know how frustrating it can be when your sign-in is not working. On your computer, have you cleared cache and cookies? Also, are you getting an error message when you try to sign in?

I am getting an message telling me that my sign is incorrect.  I CANNOT SIGN IN.  Find yOUR  ID has WRONG ADDRESS

I CANNOT SIGN IN.  I CANNOT SIGN IN.  CANNOT GET INTO YOUR WEB PAGE BECAUSE I CANNOT SIGN IN.  I CANNOT GET EMAIL MESSAGES BECAUSE I CANNOT SIGN IN.
