Not able to receive any password reset emails from any sites

Hello,

I have been unable to receive any password reset or verification code emails from any site for some time now. This is actually becomming a problem as I can't access sites Ihave paid subscriptions to and can't even change the accounts to another email without verifications codes being sent to my comcast account. Yes, I've checked my spam and yes I've turned off any firewall to see if that might be an issue. My husband who also has a comcast email account doesn't seem to have any issue. I see I'm not the only one with this issue. I've tried all the suggested solutions and nothing is working.
