Non-Delivery Report for Macrium backup

For a few weeks now my Macrium backup report has been put in a spam folder.  Since I know this, I move it to the in box and am able to download to my Outlook client.

But, tonight, I received a Non-Delivery Report, and it included an attachment, which was the report I wanted.

The message was very, very long, there was a QueID, plus information to reach out to Customer Security Assurance Team if I had any questions.

The original Macrium message which is what I wanted is .emi.   Does this affect the non-delivery part?

I am totally confused by this email from Xfinitiy.

As I said, for about 2 years I have been receiving the report for the backukp, and this problem has only been happening for a few months now.  I have a work around, so I get the information I need.

Any idea what is going on?

Thanks.

Anon1375032 I would recommend to call into customer service, and request to be transferred to our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) team as they would be able to provide a better understanding to what they mean.

Thanks for the suggestion.  The most recent backup was sent to the span folder, so I just moved it to the in folder and I was able to print it .  Normal behavior for the new style, not non-delivery report.  I can live with this as the work around gives me what I need.
